Love Hate Love is the acclaimed feature-length documentary by KTF Films that weaves Miriam's story with those of Peter C Alderman and Ben Tullipan; three positive responses to 21st century terror attacks, showing how love can overcome hatred.
The screening was well-attended and, as ever, the audience expressed how pleased they were that they had had the opportunity to see Love Hate Love.
Third showing of exhibition, Mimento: Paintings & Pastels by Miriam Hyman
Wednesday 27 November to Sunday 15 December 2013
North Western Reform Synagogue
Sunday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-3.30pm
This exhibition of more than thirty pieces of Miriam's framed original artwork was shown in London's City Hall in 2006 and Oxford Town Hall in 2008. It is accompanied by the book of the same name.
The start of this showing is timed to coincide with the first night of the festival of Hannukah, which is also Miriam's Hebrew birthday. Her regular birthday is 30 November and the MHMT is very grateful that Alyth (as the synagogue is nicknamed) has chosen to commemorate what would have been Mim's forty-first birthday this way.
Mim's family belonged to Alyth while she was growing up, and MHMT Trustee and current Alyth member, Neil Morris, has facilitated this double event.
THANK YOU to Neil, Rabbi Mark Goldsmith, Jackie Miller, Josh Dubell and all at Alyth!
